PVFA's Business Office informs Technology Services of Software Purchases made by individual users, if software is not allowable or needs additional documentation we will inform the user and work with them to ensure all software in active use adheres to this policy.

For licensed software at the college level, Technology Services builds and deploy via the mechanisms described in our Classroom Software and Faculty/Staff Software pages. All contracts and agreements are kept in our Teams Drive.
