Group Policies and MECM Configuration Items/Baselines operate in a manner that enforces the configurations. Even if a user changes settings enforced by either of these mechanisms they will reset when the device checks in.
If a user completely removes the MECM agent we will be alerted by the agent no longer checking in by the prodedure we created for CM-1
