User Management

important

Any action performed in qualtrics should be reflected in the user's Sassafras profile!

Add Users

1. Navigate to the Admin page
2. Select the users tab
3. Click the "+ Create a New User" button in the top right
4. Fill out the screen with requested info

tip

Enter the Username in the format netid@tamu.edu#tamu and use a random password for that field, it will not be used but needs to be there to add the account.

5. We use the Standard - Qualtrics license type.

Remove Users

1. The process is largely the same, once on the user screen click the Delete User link next to the users name.
