Once PVFA Business office completes the purchase they will send us a ticket, the following guide is how we will handle our part of download and sharing the asset with the requestor.
- Change the requestor for the ticket from the pvfabusiness personnel to the actual person who purchased the asset.
- Log into turbosquid with the pvfalicensing account
- Download the asset (usually multiple files)
- Access our Shared Google Drives and go to the PVFA Assets drive
4.1 Create a folder with the name of the model and note if its a 2d or 3d asset in the title
4.2 Add the turbosquid url to the description field

- Share the folder using the copy link option and ensure the permissions are set to Texas A&M Univeristy users have Viewer access

- Copy the link back to the ticket and resolve it.
